It was an awful ordeal after day two, was harassed about the room and how they run stuff at this motel. The office personally was not friendly or informative. We had booked our room online to renew our stay and was told they dont do one day extension, that this was a extended stay of 7 days or better. We have been to several extended stayed and booked as needed to stay extra days. I didn't get her Nane but she was rude and very nasty about the stay. She acted like we was staying for free. I booked a room through their website and had a confirmation that I had a booked room. When I arrived to the hotel for check-in I was told that there were no available rooms, even though I had a booking confirmation. I do not suggest booking with this hotel since you may not know if you actually have a room or not when you arrive.
Dirty Rooms, Crime hot spot next door
We came because we had reservation from booking com . There was no one at the hotel and they did not make us to check in . Unbelievable thing . Never again
