My room (#203) was disgusting. It had black mold on the shower curtains and sink, the fridge was dirty and sticky, and the stock top was dirty as well. I will not stay here again.
Friendly staff and clean
This hotel Chain ENDORSES racism. The location allowed a black customer to get threatened in the lobby by a white customer and police were never called despite the black man being attacked with a stick. The Springfield Illinois location Ben Anthony hotel manager STOLE 250 dollars from me after he cursed my party out for making him cut his lunch break short to fix our TV then he charged us for “stealing a comforter” that was never supplied to the room”.
