As soon as I got here, 4 San Jose police department came in major cop present until about 10 pm my key card didn't work on the 2nd floor to the vending machine it cost me over 30.00$ for 6 drinks. At until around 230 am you could hear little kids stomping around upstairs above me, as I met a tenant saying that she has lived here for almost a year in November, this is a County homeless shelter. Place felt more like an apartment since there are people that lives there mostly. Walls are solid so cant hear much but ceilings can use work from stomps. The good thing that the trolley station is near by and there's a 7/11 a block down for snacks. Service was good I give it points for that. Affordable but it's the price you have to live with.

There was no one to check in. After an extended time of waiting, decided to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, it was prepaid booking so I don't think I can get a refund. Such a horrible experience. Will never stay or recommend this place.
