Do not stay here. The first room I was given was filthy with black hair all over the room and bathroom it obviously had not been cleaned even though the bed was made. The lock on the door was broken and basically all the doors of cabinets in the room were broken. The second room I was given was better but still run down and not at all a representation of the photos shown online. Just about every aspect of this hotel was awful. The hallway was damp and had a horrible odor. The room was dirty and worn down. Our ac was broken. Lots of homeless around the area so walking back at night was iffy. Advertised breakfast was nonexistent. Staff was nice though. Genuinely only stay here jf you absolutely have to.

Es la peor experiencia que e tenido es un hotel que está muy sucio tiene cucarachas no me centi nada de cómodo y muy mal servicio lo que es la habitación y el baño están súper sucios la verdad no lo recomiendo

There is trash everywhere, the parking lot is always super dirty. The trash kept piling up and was never taken out outside. The front desk associates were never there to assist. There is a lot of people who are homeless wandering around the property and so inconsiderate of others last quiet hours. So noisy, and so many fights broke out. Also I got bed bugs from this hotel! BED BUGS! So disgusting!!

As soon as I got here, 4 San Jose police department came in major cop present until about 10 pm my key card didn't work on the 2nd floor to the vending machine it cost me over 30.00$ for 6 drinks. At until around 230 am you could hear little kids stomping around upstairs above me, as I met a tenant saying that she has lived here for almost a year in November, this is a County homeless shelter.
