This is the MOST HORRENDOUS hotel I've stayed in. Very dirty and unsafe. For starters, the lobby is ABSOLUTELY USELESS, and there is no proper help. The staff has NO CONCERN about the guest services. Especially guy with long hair in the lobby. Adding on, there is a REPULSIVE ODOR throughout the ENTIRE hotel. We were almost about in to throw up the second day. This review is basically to compliment Ross, the GM of this hotel. Though this hotel is pretty basic, Ross went above and beyond to accommodate me and my requests which generally gets ignored or declined at other sites. Kudos to him.
Hotel staff were super friendly and tried to help with anything that you raised. That said, hotel was very dirty, especially the halls and common areas. The “Trash Room” on our floor was filthy and smelled terrible. Also, hotel advertising was inaccurate and misleading. Grab and Go Breakfast didn’t exist most days of the two weeks we were there and on the 3 or so days it did it was only packaged oatmeal.
