Showed up to the hotel and found that the room was not even cleaned after the person before us. Bed was not made and room was trashed. Went to go complain to hotel staff and simply said “that’s the only room we have available” and didn’t even offer a refund up front. So, I asked to get a refund for the room and the employee Mohammed went to ask the manager for approval. We had a terrible experience at this hotel specifically the one in San Diego. First off we spoke to front desk MULITPLE times just for them to not have rooms when we showed up. Then, their excuse was there was nothing that can be done because they had no manger. Do not book with them unless you want to be inconvienced on your vacation. They have no professionalism and need to work on customer service alot. I would NEVER book here again. Neither should you.
It stated that it has breakfast won’t go down the front desk. They said not today they don’t have breakfast but before you go in book a reservation that is one of the plus says she has a full breakfast.
Rooms are minimalist, soap no shampoo. The hotel advertises free breakfast. Supposedly offers grab and go breakfast. Then has nothing but watered down coffee to offer. According to bell staff they missed a delivery and has had no breakfast since before Thursday. Apparently there is no plan to restock anytime soon. This appears to be a cost cutting measure. And false advertisement.
This was a terrible choice. First the staff is so rude. The elevator smelled, the room was dirty, the chair in the room was so ripped you could see the wood, and the Internet did not work. When I asked for 2 extra pillows and a blow dryer it was a chore for them. The only good thing I can say is the location is nice and the outside was well taken care of. Don't do it. I reached out to them and they STILL have not responded back.
