Downgrade from the last hotel but Lucy was awesome & super helpful
We have 3 rooms we been here for almost 2 months we just wanted to say that you have 3 employee are the best Jill Bryce and Merlaine they are always smiling helping in any way day and night specially Jill she is very help full night if tv doesn’t work she go up to the room and help try to let everything work those the three are the best employee
Internet didn't work..other guests were complaining upon my arrival. Front desk clerk tried to me rent me in rm 320. I had to come back l to the lobby three times! I ended up in 328. No internet was hugh for me...I have been a repeat guest here in the past. No discounted rate for last nite. À
