Always a pleasant stay here in Pleasanton. Roberto and the night staff were awesome! Always kind and always willing to help and go above and beyond. I appreciate the service and the room is always nice and clean.
They have roaches, there was one trying to eat my food in the kitchen and one near our bed between the bathroom at Midnight! We didn’t see any until then, that’s when they decided to come out! I don’t even have roaches at my own home, so I had a 4 day stay but all I could do was 6 hours!!
Wonderful crew at this hotel. Been a long term guest at this hotel. Huge improvement with the new management team (Tony - General Manager) and housekeeping crew. Sandhya was very helpful and professional with her service. Guided me through the check in process for 3rd party authorization.
