Ruthie is the best,at what she does making sure things are getting done.Johnathan is great at his work,taking out trash,cleaning up what needs too be done,helping those who need his help it at the time.

Ruth is a great addition to the staff , and is proactive about helping . I give her 5 stars. There are many issues with this hotel, but Ruth and other staff (beside Ruth- Terry, John, and a few others ) offset the inconveniences. For example, like not enough staff to helpJohn (and the prior mechanic/ janitor). The first room I was in we didn’t have access to a shower for over three days. I booked a stay with this hotel, however they sold my room to another patron and then charged me for the stay despite not having a room for me. The staff assured me that I would not be charged yet I still was. Would stay away from this hotel and not recommend.

First off, the staff is the best! From management, to front desk, to housekeeping to maintenance; they are the nicest people I have got to know and I have not one gripe about any of them. Ruth is so friendly and sweet, John we just really like, he's always pleasant and he's gets things done and Teri, Teri is just awesome; friendly, caring, always upbeat and positive, she's got a great personality and attitude.
