Do not stay here. The smoke alarm went off for no reason but only beeped twice then quit .The hotel staff then accused us of smoking in our room, which we never did, and then basically called us liars. After being here a week they then stated our dog was over the weight limit, which he is not. They also said our dog was aggressive, when they were standing in our door way, our dog never barked, growled or even got up, he is a fully trained service dog. Here are a few thoughts from my stay: 1. The lobby had a very unpleasant smell. It was a mix of something like sewage and a strong disinfectant, possibly to cover it up. 2. The bathroom ventilation fan was covered in dust, and I couldn’t even tell if it was working. After using the shower, the humidity just stayed trapped inside. 3. The towels were extremely rough—worse than what we have at home. Disney familys...this place is beyond unsafe and unsanitary to place to stay, let's begin with the room, unwashed sheets is what we ran into along with potential bed bugs within the bed. the biggest issue was the unsanitary shower and restroom, the shower head which has looked as if it never been changed, it had a build up of water deposite, but worse part was mold it also had building up, long with the grime that was built up.
