My experience at this particular location was absolutely appauling. I had a reservation that was made directly on the ESA website for 1 night July22,2025- July23,2025. I arrived in the evening around 6pm to check in. Upon attempting to check in with the agent at the desk,whom did not have a badge on, I handed her my driver's license and credit card that was used to book the room online. Excelente ubicación sin embargo no hay servicio de limpieza, A LAS 3 AM me despertó tocando la puerta muy fuerte un supuesto empleado que decía que si mi baño estaba goteando cosa que no pasaba y no le quise abrir la puerta, no es un hotel que recomendaría a mis clientes ya que ni siquiera es desayuno incluido como se anuncia en Expedia sino muffins y café 🤷♀️ me molesto de sobremanera que no limpian ni cambian toallas hasta después de una semana de estancia y SOBRETODO QUE ME MOLESTARON A LAS 3 AM !!!
