I is not a good hotel. Slow check-in. Room was dirty and stinky (like old cigarettes smoke). The rooms in the 3rd floor where not numbered sequentially. Very odd. I only stayed there because a workday convention filled my regular hotels. I do NOT recommend.
I stayed at hotel for one month I’d honestly give a 2 star rating with everything we had to go through but only because of manager named Lucy and all her help I give her a 5 star she made sure we were good went above and beyond to help me out with everything so only because of her I’m giving a 5 star very kind, professional and understanding Thank you to Lucy there was another lady at front desk who was helpful as well! Thank you to you both

Stayed here for a couple months visiting the bay area recently and enjoyed my stay here at this particular extended stay America. Nice big rooms ,full oven/stove, sleeper sofa ,recliner ...everything you need ..everyone that worked here were very nice and helpful...will definitely stay again in the future
