This place is horrible. They do not have a pool even though one is advertised. We came here after a cruise thinking we would hang out by the pool until our room would be ready at 3pm. So we went to a pool next door and had to pay $45 for our family to stay at their pool until our room was ready. Shocker... our room wasn't ready. We are still waiting. We had a great stay at Extended Stay America near the Miami Airport, and the experience was made even better thanks to Alejandra at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Always patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, especially with my father, which meant a lot to us. I stayed at this extended-stay hotel for 4 days, and overall it was a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. Having a kitchenette was especially convenient and really helped make the stay feel more like home. My husband is working in Miami and staying here. All of the staff is very nice and helpful. The one that stands out above all is AleTandra I personally think that it would benefit this company if she was the Manager here. Things would be better if she was. I love the fact that you are pet friendly otherwise I would not be able to Come visit him. The only thing that would be better is that the pool was opened. Sincerely Mrs Fraser

A great option if you need to be closer to the Miami Airport, we enjoyed the facilities and Alejandra's services were amazing.
