The room was filthy. See pics. The room had a bad smell. We ended switching rooms. They allow pets in all the rooms so expect your rooms to smell like animals. Mattress had stains in them in the pull out sofa and the bathroom tub was tore up. Back to the pets, expect dogs barking and we also seen dog feces stains in the rug in the hallway. I had a reservation and they gave the room away. I wouldn’t recommend going
Arrived after our flight only to be told their 'system cancelled the reservation'. They overbooked, and the most help they could offer was to tell us to go to another property of theirs 10 minutes away. Of course the original price of our rooms wouldn't be honored. No manager onsite to assist, and even calling corporate results in them saying they'll call you back in 48 hours. Luckily the hotel across the street had availability, and we didn't have to return to the airport to sleep.
I have a great time when I stayed there. The afternoon shift lady of front desk is super friendly.
The management was rude. Prices are misleading. The front desk staff very nice they are going to do as told to keep their jobs. I stayed 3 months and I paid nearly $9000. When I tried to get a break in price as they advertised (the longer you stay the less you pay) I was lied to and treated with total disrespect. When I reached out to customer service support, I received a message I was not to call any more, I am no longer their customer nor will I be compensated for any thing.
