Horrible customer service, made the reservation. And paid upfront. Paid for 3 night stay and arrived later than expected due to travel. Marked me as a no show and wouldn’t let me stay the remaining nights I paid for and won’t refund me the money. Make it make sense. I paid in advance my reservation. But they sold the room and won’t give me a refund. It doesn’t make sense.
