I am currently staying at the Studio 6 extended stay and since I've been here I have experienced some attitudes the young lady at the front desk is awful she doesn't care about her job she doesn't smile she doesn't ask how your day is she confuses everything but I have ran into the general manager and he is amazing he does his job he's happy he helps people when they need it he's always on point he is the best part about staying here he is very friendly very helpful very self aware of his duties, there is a older gentleman t... read more
12 day stay and I would stay here again, the manager Andrew, I think he was great and Cassandra was sweet and wonderful herself. There was a small hiccup that was fixed so im beyond happy with my stay overall. The rooms aren't updated like some other hotels but they were very clean and having the kitchenette helps save costs on food. Plenty of cabinet space and you do have to login to some of the apps on the tv but that wasnt a big deal for me. Everything is within a mile or so and you can get deliveries easily. Clean rooms & convenient location. I was very upset when I arrived after a reservation mishap at another hotel with my party. After a long day, Breann helped me secure a room. She was very accommodating and attentive. She completely turned my evening around. 5 stars simply because of my engagement with her alone. Next time I’m in town, this will be my first option!
