This is the most nasty putrid hotel in my years of extensive travel. It is so bad that you would not understand the severity of it's horrible condition. Urine soaked carpets. Horrible staff. Just stop right here and do not even think of booking this dump!
Definitely not a 3 star level hotel as advertised. My security deposit was never refunded so had to go through bank to get it back. Rooms were not clean, sheets stained, floor was frost, and the guests in the parking lot made us feel very unsafe. Noise level was continuous until 4am. Lesson learned, will not be back.
I made a reservation for this motel a few days earlier because it was close to The Space Center in Huntsville AL. I reserved a mobility accessable room with double beds. When I got there this room was not available so I requested what was available on the first floor. When I got to the room it was unclean. The sheets were piled on the bed, there was a pile of trash in the middle of the floor and it smelled completely and totally like cigarette smoke. Booked a room, showed up and the manager told us that no rooms were available?? And they ofc gave no refund for their error in listing a room when none were available. 0 stars lol.
Management has no structure at all. Lots of guest activity
