Kenneth is outstanding made our stay amazing. This is a great location,room are extremely clean. The entire staff is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location.
I stayed at the Extended Stay America in Baytown for a long-term stay, and I wanted to give credit where it’s due. Alex, Trent, Anna, and Yaccarah, who worked the night shift, were all solid. They were respectful, helpful, and easy to deal with during a stressful transition.
