Booked a double queen bed room through Expedia when we arrived we were informed that they did not have any double beds available. We got put in a room with one queen bed which was okay because we originally had two kids going with us and we just ended up with one. We booked because they advertise breakfast and a pool. Bagged muffins and cookies don’t count as breakfast FYI management. The pool was disgustingly we were not going to risk going in for our own health. I've been staying here for over a month, I couldn't be more content, it's maintained every day, the workers are very nice and make sure we are taken care of. I appreciate everything they do.
I've been staying here for over a month, I couldn't be more content, it's maintained every day, the workers are very nice and make sure we are taken care of. I appreciate everything they do.
The room did not include an iron; however, an ironing board was provided. When inquiring at the front desk about an iron, I was informed that they do not offer that service. The reservation was for four guests, but only two sets of towels were provided. When I requested additional towels, I was advised to return the towels already in the room. Finally, when I approached the front desk for the Wi-Fi password, the staff member requested access to my device in order to enter the password, which I was uncomfortable with.
I noticed a moldy odor when I can into my room. I had seen a small puddle of water (several times) forming under the A/C unit and thought it was from the unit, I just wiped it up. I awoke Wednesday to half of the floor wet, under the bed, including my shoes. I dried the floor, and informed the front desk. I was told someone would come (that it's a problem with the sealing around the window )...well no one came.
