I would recomend this hotel to any one. Kenneth at the front desk is amazing and made check in vary easy. Rooms are clean and have everything except an oven. Bathrooms are a little small but have bath tubs with showers. Pool is clean. Only complant i have is the hot tub is not open/working. Overall the best hotel ive stayed at in the last 3 weeks on my trip from tacoma,wa to baytown,tx.
I’m am so happy with this hotel and I honestly believe the staff has a big part in that especially Kenneth at the front desk. Hands down super nice guy very helpful! He deserves a raise for how good he is with guest
They advertise that there is coffee and a 'to go breakfast' provided, there was not. We were told to reuse our towels from our room to dry off from the pool. The hot tub was covered with wood. The A/C did not cool our room. When we told the desk clerk he told us that we should take the front panel off. He didn't even offer to move use to a different room.
