These people are straight up thieves. You are better off staying somewhere else. There are plenty of other affordable options around. I NEVER finished my booking with them as we decided to book another hotel and I even have the email that proves my booking was never completed and I never received a formal confirmation email. After Bad Experience at Neighboring Property, Kia, Chris, Jerelle, and Elaine have been those Beacons of Rescue on the Hill. The Gleaming Jewel atop the Lighthouse is Mrs.Elaine. Very Protective and Eager to Help and Inspire You, and upbuild you. Elaine is Always walking the property to address Various issues. Very nice and friendly. Went above and beyond for us.
Checkin process was delayed computers were down. Staff member checked me and others in over their cell phone speaking to someone else. Room smelled like someone smoked a pack a day for 15 years. Mold was on the ceiling in the shower. Furniture was all chipped and scuffed. Only stayed because it was only hotel available for a last minute night football game. I can understand why. Would not recommend to any. Location is convenient to shops and restaurants.
