I have been staying here since August 2025 with my family. I can say it has been a pleasant stay..The only complaint I have is the people that sometimes check in that are very noisy and that are going back-and-forth all night. I have some of those neighbors next-door as I’m typing this..I guess I’m the lucky one that have those kind of neighbors lol.. I accidentally left a brand-new pair of all-blue Nike Air Maxes (worth about $200) in my room. Overall, the front desk customer service was stellar. Moira was especially welcoming and helpful, and she happily accommodated us even without a reservation. The other gentleman working the front desk was also very kind and professional. We walked in for a same-day, no-reservation check-in after another hotel turned into a nightmare, and this place was a huge improvement.
