Bang for my buck.... This room was better than expected. 117 with a king-size bed and a small kitchen. The door was locked after 10 at night, but luckily, they opened the door when they saw me. If you're looking for a discount, try online 1st because they can't do it from their side, they say. Not many stores in the area.

I did a walk in and booked a room for 30 days and then extended it. For another 30 days for a baseline monthly rate I was overcharged. I was charged for a city occupancy tax. That I was exempt from bet they charged me. Anyway, they charged me excessive late payment fee that they never told me about or never informed me that i'm late on my payment, in essence I was charged a weekly rate for a monthly booking. Trash. Stay away if you can avoid it. Room was not clean, service was non existent. The whole place both smells and looks like a cigarette. Litter everywhere on the grounds. I found a cockroach in my room. A single towel was provided for two guests. I fixed a drain issue myself when the maintenance never arrived. AC didn't work either, but I fixed that myself too, the breaker was off. Hope you don't need a phone because, surprise, they don't work.
