This hotel is gross. I was suppose to stay for 11 days and I walked into my room and it smelt like pee. The bathroom tub was stained with some weird black thing in there. He just got a real unsafe feeling in this hotel. I looked at a few other rooms and was very v unhappy so I went downstairs. An amazing young lady named KORI helped me, she was wonderful and gave me my refund.
I had booked three nights at this hotel but had to make accommodations somewhere else for my last night because I couldn't take it anymore. I got the worst room in the hotel, near the elevator and the stairs. Noise all hours and the paper thin walls meant I got to hear all the activities in the neighboring room. The water in the toilet was cleaner than the water that came out of the tap and the bathtub had mold/dirt on it. I had to go somewhere else to take a shower. Overall, this was my first time staying at this location and this hotel chain. I must say the faculty/staff. They are absolutely beautiful in each in every way I had a wonderful time as I stayed there and I really enjoyed the room. Of course there’s some issues in terms of like the water pressure. However, the stay overall was pretty good. The bed was comfortable, the AC was good, the room was fairly clean.
