Terrible Customer Service, they charge for early check in eventhough they have empty rooms, i have been in many hotels and most allow their customers check in early for free. Here they make you wait until 3pm, no matter they have empty rooms, if you wanto check in early you have to pay. The worst is the way girls at front desk speak to you, zero empathy, very rude, there is not even a toilet at the lobby you can use. I travel a lot for football hands down the worst stay EVER left over food from whomever was in the room at first ask front desk to switch rooms and the new room hand roaches ask for another room once more this room was just decent enough to get a couple hours of sleep in

I just received a call for an interview and whoever called me was plain old rude just because I had asked a couple of questions before actually getting an interview, she just hung the phone on me! Who would ever want to work at a place like this with that type of manager?
