It’s a bang for your buck. But you also “get what you pay for.” Nothing really bad about the place but it’s one of those types of hotels: poor paint job, no TV remote (ask for one) and other generic issues. The office also closes late at night, so be prepared for a small wait if coming after 10pm - “after hours check in.” The overall location is alright but there is not a lot of “convenience” for people without transportation. The worst part about this place is the traffic off of I-25
Bernadette was very considerate to me about my situation this morning when I came in and was stressing out about my rent, how carefully she chose her words, it was heart felt and encourage me to come and talk to the manager about my situation. It was very kind of her and she made me felt a belonging to this community. Oki always is kind to me too and she help me explain everything detail to me as well. I commend all of your kindness and due diligence. God bless you all.
