The clerk Terrell is an amazing friendly helpful person and knows what she is doing and talking about when it comes to hospitality.
Due to the actions of past me, present me is needing to stay here for an extended stay. Yes some of the rooms need updating, which they are doing. They got a new manager right when I started my stay here, and you can really tell she and her team are always working on improving the property AND guest experience. Very little nonsense is tolerated, and issues I've seen in the 5 months I've been here, have always been quickly addressed.
