Jacoby, K.D., Shirley and the staff are great… far beyond courteous and professional. Security monitors the lot in the evenings and overnight. .. very safe property. Very misleading and flat out dishonest by the corporate “ perks member” claims, never extended a 10% discount for signing up and the up to 55% and special offers have never been extended during my 9 month stay. superb hospitality from this hotel.. Hotel gives yes dishes pans utensils, coffe pot....just like home.General ManagerTonya and Assistant Manager Ashley are superfriendly.We were greeted by Sandra on arrival who was fantastic. the rooms are cleaned properly everyday.
Dirty and crappy manager.. Other staff was nice as was the Asst. Manager
I stayed there for OU weekend and the air conditioner was broken, the closet sliding doors were broken and it was overall a bad experience.
