Great location to get your downtown. Easy and accessible to get around the area.
The sheets and mattress has blood and urine on them . The customer service is horrible . They advertise continental breakfast and they say they dont do that here . The manager only offered us $100 off and we requested a free week. They are unprofessional . Rude and dont care about their guest.
Absolutely horrible the room was disgusting and smelled horrible. I was terrified to sleep there in fear there were bed bugs. The walls were dirty and there were roaches in the room. They didn’t take out the trash the fridge was moved away from wall
