I am very grateful for this hotel, rooms are clean Della Anthony and Sheila are awesome and the location is very convenient
We had a horrible experience here. Tons of deposit fees we were not notified about online. Lots of domestic violence around the rooms, parking lot full of drugs and various worrying behaviors. Power went out during a storm and they had no communication with the guests. The rooms are in horrible condition, and filthy. We had plumbing issues where poop backed up in the tub. My experience at Extended Stay America Suites - Columbia - Greystone was extremely disappointing. There was no notice about the ongoing construction and renovations, which made the environment loud and disruptive. My room was not clean, and the shower didn’t work properly. Even worse, there were large groups of people loitering in the lobby and parking lot. As a female traveling alone, I felt unsafe and very uncomfortable.
