The worst place i have ever dealt with. Drove from missouri to this place for my son's basic graduation at fort jackson. Called them twice to let them know I would be checking in late because of the drive, got there around 3am, only for them to tell me my reservation was canceled and there was nothing they could do about it. Very unprofessional and the hallways itself smelled like a restroom. I guess everything happens for a reason. Called the hampton inn and they said they could help us, even at 3 in the morning.
Mrs Marva has been amazing and very attentive to all of our needs!!
Miss Marva was so friendly and walked me through everything i feel like she went above and beyond!
