To get to this "motel" is a winding road behind an outdoor plaza. Lots of dining & shopping choices, but the motel itself-.. eh.... 1) wanted 'disabled access' room, "can use elevator"-Ok...2) room on 2nd floor, - NO ELEVATOR WORKING!! AND NO REFUNDS & NO OTHER 1ST FLOOR ROOMS AVAILABLE!! 3) room is spacious, seems clean, but NOT 'DISABLED ACCESS', the walk in shower IS A TUB. 4) NO HAND RAILS AT MIDDLE OR BACK OF TUB. 5) NO HOT WATER!!! - had room temp water when first turned on, upon entering tub it had become ICE COLD TEE... read more
