I’ve been here for 9 months & I feel welcomed…. great place to stay…. and employees here are exceptional….. and Derek has gone over & beyond especially providing above what you would expect during late nights / early morning & on the weekends….. always with a friendly smile! There’s not enough starts above!

I asked to see room first .I stayed here a few years ago and newer Amana unit to 60 with constant fan worked well.The very friendly front desk agent only had 3rd floor and I usually stay on 1st or 2nd but it was last minute booking. The two hotels in Vernon Hills had old dirty Amana units that never blew cold air(I saw them first) so stay cancelled.Amana Unit at this hotel blows ice cold air to 60 with constant fan and so staying.Staff said recently serviced.It was a newer unit.I never now stay at any hotel seasonally unless... read more
