Worst experience I’ve ever had In a hotel. Broken bed, fridge, window, ac unit, toilet, the list goes on. SO MUCH MOLD!!! Charged me and many other tenants $400+ in late fees because initially I paid weekly. When I switched to monthly I never missed a day. Manager was unable to help, had to call customer service over seas to get it removed. Completely unprofessional. They should all be fired because I’m sure Bradley is skimming the fees for himself
The staff Brittany and Bradley were an extremely great help. They were very supportive with everything my family needed, extra pillows, blankets and also helping us with places to eat in town. Thank you very much

Brittany is an amazing person, she has helped me through my stay here with my family. I love to see her smile when I come into the lobby, it truly lifts my spirits. She is the most helpful, special individual I have met in a long time. Thank you for all you have done, please keep being yourself it is so refreshing.
Brittany and Julie have been absolutely amazing! Every time I’ve had a question or run into a problem, they’ve handled it quickly, professionally, and with such a positive attitude. They always go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of—and somehow manage to add a cherry on top. It’s such a relief and a comfort knowing they’re at the front desk. Their kindness and dedication really make a difference in the overall experience here and I couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent service they provide!
