The service was fine. I just needed a room for the night. The problem is, as others have said, it smells awful. To me the hallways and rooms smell like weed. This made it hard to sleep and I wish I paid slightly more for another nearby hotel instead. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Also as others have said, the rooms are very run down.
Great place to stay! Public areas are always clean. Grounds are always clean and well taken care of. The staff are always available to help whenever I need anything! The location is great being close to downtown Naperville, and has many dinner options close by. Public transportation is also easily accessible at this location.
Shower head broken. Room smell like pure Indian incenses. No hot breakfast no pool WiFi didn’t work. Rude manager. Top it off my room keys had to be reset every day
