Read the previous reviews - we aren’t the first ones to experience this. When we arrived a little after midnight for our 3 night stay, the doors were locked, no one was there to let us in until we called the operator and had a “remote” check in process. After we were let in they claimed our booking had vanished, and that we were marked as a no show. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, Fridge, counter tops, most of the furniture with scuffs. Rooms have zero tableware, come on, not even a single cup or a plate - Extended stay?But don’t worry they offer all of that for $40 on top of your room charge. Location is good, front desk guy is cool, but all other things are definitely not worth it and need to be updated/fixed.
Avoid this place. Damn bed bugs in these rooms. Woke up at 1am after having been bit multiple times on the side of my body. Safe to say I did not get any sleep after that.
Marilyn at the front desk was very kind. Appreciate the great customer service here at this location. I was missing one towel in my room when I arrived so she made sure I always had fresh towels for the remainder of my stay. Thank you !
I have been here for just over 3 years this has become my home. The environment is nice, the staff are wonderful. I throughly enjoy being here and have no plans on moving
