Staff at front desk was great. Room was clean.
We booked this hotel more than a month in advance, so it was incredibly frustrating to arrive that afternoon and be told our reservation had been canceled. We were then informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations and had run out of available rooms. Since these renovations had clearly been planned for quite some time, there's no reason we couldn't have been notified well in advance instead of receiving a phone call just three hours before our arrival.
