Having lived here for a few years, I can truly say this team works tirelessly to make this property a clean, comfortable, and reliable place to stay. They are currently going through new renovations, and it is amazing to see how smoothly and efficiently they handle everything during the updates without letting guest comfort slip. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life. I am a traveling Registered Nurse and the behavior displayed at this property is completely unacceptable. I booked accommodations from August 30th, 2026 - November 22nd, 2026. The first time I got to my room, I noticed a foul odor and requested to be moved, and that request was not granted. I gave grace due to the hotel renovations. However, upon further examination of my room I noticed that it was NOT clean prior to my arrival. There were toenail clippings amongst other debris... read more
The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and professional. Mark Ayala, Joe and the staff are always quick to respond to my requests. A very good place to stay.

I have enjoyed my stay at the Buffalo Grove Extended Stay Hotel. The staff here is great at solving my needs and answering any questions I might have. Mark, Joe, Loren, Thim, Alex, Emma, Carmen and DeJanee have all been great at making my stay comfortable and secure. I Highly recommend.
