Drove 10 hours only to find that the rooms look nothing like they do online. There were stains on the bed, the top of the refrigerator looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, inside of cabinets are disgusting, last but not least , THERE ARE ROACHES both dead and alive. I’m having to sleep with all the lights on in hopes to keep the roaches away and not get into my luggage. For the price of this place there is just no way the rooms should be in this type of condition. Not pleased at all!
Rooms need upgrading, especially the furniture and Television. Rooms need painting and room service is lacking on a daily basis.
Racially profiled us and made us leave because of animal hair but there was no animal or proof of animal
