Hotel staff are hands down the best people ever they make sure to know you by name within the first day of your stay. They are so nice and funny as hell they will have you dying laughing during your check-in just getting to know them made my life just a bit better
It's the shame to get your room. Clean takes 2 weeks to do it or they charge you for towels. Blankets before the deadline. That's the only thing I did not like about it
This was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The front desk staff were incredibly unhelpful and rude. From the start, our key cards barely worked , every time we tried to get into our room, they’d randomly stop working. When we asked for help, we were told it was probably because they were “too close to a wallet or the phone” What kind of excuse is that? The staff is very rude.
Precious has been Wonderful. She is working hard to improve the Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Edina is Fantastic and Gerald does a Great job
