Betty Smith no longer works there. The customer service is ok at first unless you are not in their click then they are rude. Aaron is the only one there that has great customer service he goes above and beyond for customers. It was a great place to stay until this time we got kicked out for something simple and I have seen other guest do way worse than what we did.
The FD that I spoke to today Friday, February 20, 2026 at 11:10 AM was too rude, she got an unprofessional attitude and disrespectful tone of voice.
Staff is awesome, great location. Ms Precious is truly great
Been here for years all I can say is come see for yourself the crew is amazing ,caring,and dedicated, the hotel is clean and the manager Precious rocks! Precious and her staff are amazing, when ever we need things done it's always done. The owners are really stepping up to make the hotel better
