Monica, Nikki & Toshua are great help, never had any issues with room or stay and they helped time and time again for the almost 6 months i was at 12424 research blvd location in Austin tx, im sure I’ll definitely be back in future and hope to run into them again
I had the best experience at Extended Stay America! Nikki and Monica were so friendly and very accommodating! They made my experience here better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in before!!!
Tashua on desk was fantastic, and hugely welcoming. She provided character and a warmth to our stay. The hotel provided a place to rest our headed when needed.
