This is definitely one of the premier ESA properties that I’ve ever stayed in! We visited Miami for the very first time and didn’t know how to get anywhere. The front desk clerk, Javier, took the time to explain directions and methods of transportation to us every single time we asked, and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the area and willingness to share.
