The staff was indifferent. I stayed for 2 days and had to keep asking for my key to be reactivated. They gave me a handicapped room, which was not a problem except the shower only had a hand-held shower with no where to hang the shower head. The shower head had a twisty bread tie that I was supposed to use to hang up the shower head. The room was visibly dated and had towel bars barely screwed into the wall and the light near the bed could not be turned on because there was no longer a button. The tv had a fuzzy picture.
