AWFUL SERVICE! they refuse to refund Any money!! AWFUL! Extremely poor service by front desk people and managers who have 0 regard for people. We made a reservation ahead of time on Expedia. On the page for this extended stay it clearly says "pet friendly" with no other information. When w repack up, drive over an hour and arrive, THEY WANNA CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL 50$!!!
