I must first start out on a good note... the price was good and the customer service was great when i logged in. After getting in our room, the wifi wouldnt work, front desk was so nonchalant when o called. I also stated our tv wouldn't work. She stated she would put a work order in the morning, but we're only here for one night. I do understand they're busy, but at least TRY to show some kind of care or concern.
