After one night I left this hotel it was so bad and I was charged for 7 days. The Manager was not on duty during checkout time. This Duluth location advertises "full kitchen" but did not include even one cup, glass, dish, knife, or fork. No pots, pans, nothing. Not only was there no ice or ice tray in the freezer but also there was no ice anywhere in the hotel. Not only was there no coffee maker but also there was no coffee anywhere in the hotel. Great experience at Extended Stay America in Duluth, GA. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchenette made the stay very convenient. The location is also excellent—close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I must first start out on a good note... the price was good and the customer service was great when i logged in. After getting in our room, the wifi wouldnt work, front desk was so nonchalant when o called. I also stated our tv wouldn't work. She stated she would put a work order in the morning, but we're only here for one night. I do understand they're busy, but at least TRY to show some kind of care or concern.
