Buyer Bewaew!! Reconsider Extended Stay!! I booked at room at Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Airport, paid in full before reservation date. Nowhere was it posted that front desk closes at 10:00 with no avenue to check-in or get a key. Our plane was delayed, I tried calling upon landing around 9:50, had to go through the national line with no avail only to have them call the front desk with no contact, then the managers cellphone, that was a 75 delay on an already long day.
