I have to say that your hotel was absolutely disgusting. The room reeked of marijuana and was filthy. No amenities whatsoever. Just a bar of soap, no shampoo, nothing! The refrigerator doors were completely rusted; the floors were very dirty. Looked like a migrant drug hole. Loud music playing in the parking lot at 10pm and scary people lurking around outside. Buyer Bewaew!! Reconsider Extended Stay!! I booked at room at Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Airport, paid in full before reservation date. Nowhere was it posted that front desk closes at 10:00 with no avenue to check-in or get a key. Our plane was delayed, I tried calling upon landing around 9:50, had to go through the national line with no avail only to have them call the front desk with no contact, then the managers cellphone, that was a 75 delay on an already long day.
