Down to earth employees that are willing to accommodate you in any way that's available for them to do. Great location, close to Walmart and a Dollar Tree are nearby which is awesome if your an extended stay long term guest. Lots of drive through food options are nearby as well. It truly ended up feeling like home for me.
Well wrong price and took manager well over an hour and half just to come in to help out. With a rebooting of 34 rooms you think he would be there to help out incase something went wrong. When he did arrive many rooms were dirty but he claimed he wood eat in room with sauce splashed on walls that wasn't cleaned up. He said he would sleep on bed that had dirty sheets. This is my second time staying at this extended stay I’m a traveler from out of state so I’ve been here over 4mos left and came back. I could have went to an hotel closer to the job that I am working but chose not to. Both rooms that I have stayed in, one I am currently in now is very nice and clean. The staff is very nice. I booked a room through an app, and drove over to check in. When I tried to check in, the larger gentleman with long hair, gave it away. I was already charged at this point. There were no rooms available and I was left 5 hours from home with nowhere to sleep. When I called to get refunded after the first employee did absolutely nothing to resolve his mistake, I was lied to by the manager. They claimed to issue the refund...
