RecommendedThe only thing I can say that made my month and a half stay comfortable was the WHOLE staff. I always was greeted when I walked in and out of my room, all my questions have been answered in regards to any guest related questions, and my room was cleaned every week! Being there for as long as I did, it felt like an apartment because of the staff and the amenities. Horrible experience! Not only was there a $100 dollar deposit they didn't tell us about they refused to give it back because we checked out before 7am and when I returned from dropping my boyfriend off at the airport since he was MOVING to another state all of a sudden he was the only person how could claim the deposit because he was put down as the primary while I was only the secondary even thought they had taken my ID that morning assuring me I'd be able to pick the money up after 7am on top of it all we reserved a king b... read more
