The staff here is wonderful, day or night the front desk staff has never been anything less than pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. We have been here for 3 months and have absolutely no complaints! It is a great place to stay!
My stay at the Extended Stay America in Norwalk - Stamford has been plagued by disappointments and unbelievable failures. First, I arrived at the hotel this morning at 4:00 AM, driving 10 hours to get to the location. I was informed that I could lose my 90 days reservation if I adjusted my arrival date from 20 August to 21 August 2025. I got in around 1:30am, completely exhausted. Mirvy handled my check in with no issues and professionally. Once I got into the room (ground floor) I noticed the window wouldn’t lock. I went back to let Mirvy know. She didn’t hesitate to get me into another room quickly. I can’t express how much I appreciated that. A big Thank You to Mirvy!!!
