I booked a room 1.5 months in advance, called day of to let the staff know I would be getting in late, and they still gave my room away so when I arrived there was no where for me to stay. Terrible experience. Completely inappropriate management of booking.
First time staying at an Extended Stay. The room was not as nice as I was expecting and based on the pictures. We only stayed for 1 night so it wasn't to terrible for the night. Felt like a above average motel. Bed was uncomfortable as well. The location and service was on point which that at least was a positive note
Sasha at the front desk is exceptional!. Smile all the time. Helpful and kind. Refreshing!
Gym completely non-functioning. Not even the TV.
Amazing place. Workers are friendly and service on point no complaints ☺️
