This Norwalk, CT Extended Stay America Hotel is 5 plus stars. Between the friendly staff, and cleanliness of the rooms, it has been a fantastic experience. The front staff Tiara, Sasha, and Lisette are absolutely amazing. They are smiling, and really enjoy answering any questions you may have while other hotels always act like you are bothering them. Great hotel, clean and quiet rooms. Sasha was a great associate and assisted us with all our needs. Would definitely be back for another stay!
This location was great for what I needed it for but I am disappointed in the service of the room. I stayed for 7 nights and they didnt clean the room or take out the trash. They told me they don't clean the rooms but once a week but I never got a room clean while there.
