Power went out what kind of hotel cant pay their own light bill mean while I see the rest of the city having power on even during a store 0/10 CEO is the worst and corporate isn't even 24/7 worst place out of all my travels (edit) I said the CEO and Corprate arent any good but the management and workers are the best they are nice to me and my family no harsh words to them at all

Your management will be hearing from services I contact in regards to discrimination against disabled individuals and the abusive mistreatment I experienced. Your manager at this location should be fired and should not work in any public service.

This is not the place to stay - there is a a lack of consideration. Management is very disrespectful. The room smelled completely of MOLD and in finding the root cause which was black Mold in the bathroom. I informed and was told I can get my money back and leave - which was near impossible given it was late in the evening and I was with a young child - I had to purchase mold spray. I informed them that I would be calling corporate and the manager just walked away

No coffee maker in rooms. No dishes in room. You can request some. Requested after check in. Checked several times to see if they maybe left in hall. Requested again in morning. Finally had some tap water warm coffee stirred with a pen. Bad bad service.
