I only stayed at the hotel for one night. I love that the room had a kitchen however there was a weird smell in the room. I also was disappointed in the mention of breakfast because it truly was basically snacks! If your going to say your serving breakfast from 6:00 am to 9:30....you should have a real breakfast like eggs, bacon, waffles etc. I woke up early with my granddaughter for snacks. Very disappointing.
This place isn’t the best and the customers service sucks! There is mold in the showers and you have to wait for them to wash the towels in order to get new ones. I would never recommend this place.
Extremely bad customer service at the front desk,lack of communication, they don’t want to take care me properly because we make reservations thru 3 parties (Expedia) , we need wheelchair accessible room , we preorder, And when we get there give us the worst room , last one in the hall far away from the main entrance, no accesible wheelchair, and they just said sorry the person who take the order don’t read the instructions, thanks to Expedia they return my $ , Expedia alert and always talking care us , Please don’t go a pla... read more
