I made a reservation for 5/20. Confirmed. Changed it to 5/21. Also confirmed. I called and spoke with a woman at the front office at 3 this afternoon to firstly confirm my reservation, and to say I'd be checking in late. She said I had until 0200 to check in...I said no problem, she also said she would let "Doug", who would be there this eve, know as well. I arrived at 0030 amd was told that I was listed a no-show for the 20th and they would not accommodate me, claiming the entirety of the hotel was booked. I showed every do... read more
