13 patients, 1CNA, 2 LPNs with their personal cell phones equals lack of patient care, inattentiveness, possible negligence, no patience, mistreatment, etc. (night shift ) The day shift staff has more employees but they are unprofessional because you can hear them gossiping, using profanity, using personal cell phone, unfriendly, etc (not all day shift staff) Every time I visit my love one, Ive noticed the staff are in their phone like social media zombies. I've never have had an experience with a hospital stay as I have these last 6 weeks, the care was amazing but what really got me was the fact that the team that was assigned to me treated me as though I was family instead of just a patient and I'm leaving here today with a lot of new friends then I had when I got here
Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Shout out to Jeremy, my fav nurse!
Great facility and clean environment. The staff is amazing to work and helpful. Highly recommend for a great work place.
