This company is very unreliable. Mr. Swain looked at a project I intended to do and he quoted me for the job. He was given an approval to proceed on or about Sept.**,2021. A projected start date was given for 10/**/2021. I heard nothing thru November of any delay. My customer finally decided to go in another direction on the water problem and I informed Exstream the project was cancelled. Mr. Swain wrote me an e-mail that a 10% cancellation fee would be assessed. I would receive a check for the balance in 10-** working days.... read more
Do not use this company! They will not respond to my repeated attempts to find out when they are going to complete the job I contracted them for last March 2020. I gave them a $900 deposit to correct some irrigation problems in my front yard and after calling, emailing and going over to their office I've gotten no response. I'm going to have to sue them in small claims court to try to get my money back.
Exstream Water Solutions did a great job evaluating the water issues at my home and by installing the gutters. They look great! Thanks!
