I'm still waiting... When I booked an appointment even though I had a Groupon I still had to give my CC info in case I canceled less than 24hrs in advance. What ended up happening is the therapist canceled less than 24hrs in advance and I had already taken off of work. No compensation was offered even though she canceled less than 24hrs in advance. Tony is absolutely amazing at everything he does, a front runner in the industry.!
I had Zach today and he was awesome. You would have never guessed he's a brand new stylist. He was very charming and he gave me the exact cut I wanted. Keep him around for awhile!. ;)
