My first experience with staff at EXR was a phone call to arrange two appointments. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Two appointments were made quickly. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested and I saw the technicians at my appointed time. Matthew was very professional. I would have no problem going here again if needed.

My elderly mother had an abdomen ultrasound at EXR Medical Imaging in Scarborough. After changing into a gown, the technician in the exam room requested her to remove her shoes. My mother explained that due to physical limitations, she is unable to remove or put on her shoes without assistance. Despite this, the technician insisted that her shoes be removed. Terrible service, the employees are awful, the ultrasound technician was incredibly rude and I'm not even sure she gave me the correct diagnosis. I absolutely do not recommend it.
