Great experience here! Driver was friendly and accommodating, so much so we’re talking about another ride soon.
The company i reserved flaked out. I called Exquisite. They had me a limo in 90 min. I needed to get 10 kids to prom. They (kids) cancled uber, then my scheduled limo cancled cause of suspension problems. Exquisite got there 30min before kids got done with dinner. Then took them out for ice cream on their penny. I stressed out for an hour. Customer service at it finest. Life savers. Imagine 10 stranded kids no way to prom on my limo order. Not only kids miss prom but parents be pissed off at me. Thank you EXQISITE Thank you
Limousine service was just fine in terms of arriving and taking us to the location, I am really unhappy with how they dealt with the fact that the AC was spitting water on the entire back half of the bus. I get that things happen but they where unwilling to do anything to make the situation right besides offer a credit for 1 hour on our next ride. I will never use them again.
