Had an appointment for 3 people that was scheduled over a week ago. Only one of us was served while the other 2 waited 2 hours and never received services. Will not be returning!
I had a gift card to go here, otherwise I would have gone to salon to went prior. The salon was stunning and very clean. The check in process was easy and efficient. I got a dip manicure and gel polish on my toes on Sunday 3/2. While the did a fantastic job on the toe polish, I was very disappointment in the dip. I was going to get gel polish on my finger nails but the technician recommended dip, so I agreed. He filed my nails and only did 2 coats of dip and then a quick cover coat for a full 60 seconds.
