Dealer quite rude and very uninformative. Made us feel like we were bothering him with questions. Also, the car wasn't cleaned at all even though there was 24 hours notice of our coming to see it.

I've never bought a new car in my life. Basically I'm a first time buyer. 0 credit score. I've been approved one other place but Exquisite had the car I wanted. The gentleman that I spoke with over the phone actually made me feel bad about myself because I have no credit. Not because I've screwed up, but because I haven't. There was no way he was going to even consider financing me. I completely understand becuse of the risk but the way he spoke to me insulted me and put me down. Never buying from them, cash or otherwise
