SCAM SCAM SCAM! Was told this would take just a few weeks. Its been over a year. They have 1 single phone number. It goes to a voicemail that has a FULL MAILBOX!!! So you can't get ahold of anyone, you can't leave a message. You email, no response. I had one return email in a year with an unknown person saying "let me look into your case" and then radio silence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!

Stay away from this company! Expunge America is a SCAM! They took my money the beginning of Sept 2022 and it’s now almost mid Jan 2023! They originally stated that they would have my expungement completed within 12 weeks! It’s now been over 20 … with absolutely no communication. I call and call and leave message after message and nobody calls me back. On the off chance I do get through to somebody, they have told me 2 weeks! It’s never 2 weeks! We need to start turning this business into the BBB! All of us!

Very disappointed with this company i started 4/22/2022 and was told it would be completed within 12 weeks it's now 18 weeks and they still haven't file a court date. they also took my money the day i signed up stating that it's money back guaranty. I had two job's that start in Sept. that need background check on that will not happen anymore so I'm out of the money and jobs.
