My overall experience here was a good one. There are no slick salespeople here that I'm aware of. Just down-to-earth straight shooters. Chris, my salesman, provided good service throughout the process and I'm happy they put me in a good car. Update: But, as it turns out, the car I bought had been in an accident and they had failed to tell me. Legal? Probably. Good service? No. I wouldn't trust them enough to buy another car from them.
Matt Pfingston is the best. I wouldn't want to use any other salesman. He made the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend him!
