My Mistake Was Buying from Arrigo Sawgrass The worst auto mistake of my life began when I purchased my brand new $70,000 RAM 2500 Limited truck from Arrigo Sawgrass back in April 2019. Upon my purchase I went over the truck the first time I washed it. There were numerous body issues with the truck. All chrome trim had water mark stains that would not come off. This dealership is crooked. I traded vehicle in and they received payment for vehicle immediately and took 10 days to payoff my vehicle. They refused to release title for 5 months where I had to pay interest on this vehicle when I could not drive. They refused to release title for 180 dollars based on figures used for payoff that resulted in a late fee and interest charges of 10 days from time they took the trade in and the time they paid off. Always great customer service!
I filled out a online loan application and called to get an estimate to see when I would get a result. The lady said 30min to an hour. So I called back an hour and a half later and I was transferred to a salesman. He had no clue, and couldn't give me a time frame, and said I will have to have another sales person call you back. five hours later no returned phone call!!!!!!! Still waiting and the staff is rude...
