The poor customer service and cost of services has left a bad taste in my mouth. A process that should’ve only taken a couple of months has turned into a 2 year ordeal ! No one answers phone calls or return messages and follow thru with treatment plans. I only reach the office by calling staff right at7:30 am , a minute later all you get is the voicemail. Incredibly rude and impossible to deal with weekend nursing staff. Called to get an update on my Father (age 82) w/Covid. Nurse told me she could only answer “technical questions “ and then told me she didn’t have to talk to anyone. Covid is bad enough but couple that with the Nursing staff on Tower 8 and you are in trouble.

RecommendedI would highly recommend The Ohio State University Veterinary Medical Center. They worked hard to understand all our equine has been through and all of his medical history. They treated him so gentle even when he was a bit scared. I can not speak highly enough about the entire personnel that helped us. I would highly recommend taking your animals to them.

RecommendedI highly recommend OSU Vet Medical Center! One of my dogs began having cluster seizures and we went straight to osu at the advice of our primary care vet. Dr. Potts and the staff immediately took Lattie under their care to get her better. She was well taken care of and Dr. Potts kept me updated frequently while my dog was hospitalized. The costs, procedures, results and everything were explained to me. I'm grateful for Dr. Potts and the staff for taking such great care of my fur baby during such a scary time!
