I was up there this afternoon for a sever pain in my back. Made an appointment online for 1:15. So far everything is fine. When my mother and I got there we sat and waited like you are supposed to do. After checking in of course. At 2:00 I went to the counter and complained, the lady at the front desk notified me that once they give the names to the medical assistants they have no control over who gets taken back or when. I am so disappointed with my visit from yesterday at the Westminster location. The provider would only release my medical documents via email when the visit concluded. She was giving me so many instructions, that I asked several times would this information be provided in writing. In addition, I needed to send the out of work slip to my job.
