This is my favorite Urgent Care. Very clean facility and good providers. The wait time is reasonable. I drive from Frederick to go there.
Will never go here again. Walked in at 8:18pm and the woman at the front desk rolled her eyes and said “we don’t take walk-ins” and then went into the back before I could even respond. Their website says they do take walk-in’s until 8:45pm. The customer service was atrocious and I’m glad there are other urgent care’s in the area because I would never return to ExpressCare in Urbana. Go somewhere else if you want good care.
The receptionist was unbelievably kind and helpful! When we were moved to the back, the x-ray tech was so kind and helpful. The physicians assistant or maybe he was a physician was so kind and patient This is the best urgent care experience I have ever had
Everyone was so nice and helpful! I was feeling very bad when I arrived and the front desk lady did most of the sign in for me. I was truly grateful for her kindness!
The nurses and doctor were pleasant, had great beside manner and were knowledgeable!
