The medical care was good. However, I have a problem with their billing practices. Apparently, when I paid the copay with my credit card, I gave them permission to charge any outstanding balance to that card. A few weeks later, on the same day, I received two emails. The first one was a credit card receipt showing a $240 charge. A few minutes later I got another email with the bill attached. That really ticked me off. Went there and was told that I would have to pay $100 (over 3 times my copay) even with insurance due to their “office policy”. And that price was only for the exam, nothing else. They clearly don’t care about helping people. I wouldn’t recommend even trying to go here for anything
I have been there a few times now for different reasons. It has been an extremely positive experience every time. All of the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and seem to really care about their patients. 10/10 would recommend.
Billed me extra a year after the fact for a lidocaine shot I never received. Seems very sketchy.
