Experience was great. I went Saturday for myself and then unfortunately, back on Sunday for my little guy. Staff was really friendly and helpful. I registered online, waited about an hour each visit which if we would have went to the ER that would have been at least four hours. Also, just received a call from an associate checking in on my Son.
I took a staff member there. They wouldn’t see her. Wanted paid for a workman’s comp. when I explained the situation, the receptionist was very rude, and totally not comprehending what I was saying! I live in the area and was shocked at the lack of empathy and compassion! My employee was injured and I was pretty much told they wouldn’t see her, unless we wanted to pay outta pocket!
Thankful we have this place to go to be seen on a holiday (cannot get in touch with pcp). Downside, it took 4 hours to be seen. Definitely register online if you need to come! I was impressed that they did a follow-up call to see how my child was 2 days after visit.
Have been there a few times between the kids as well as myself. Longest I have been there is about 65 mins, which honestly is about average time at our regular dr. office. I find the staff friendly and helpful and the doctors very helpful and they listen. Rare these days.

Patient First all the way! RIDICULOUSLY INCOMPETENT EXCUSE FOR A GROUP OF SUB PAR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS... Unless Patient First and every hospital from here to the Ohio state border are backed up for atleast a month or 5.... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Provided very good service. The staff was very helpful and concern about my issues. Would recommend anyone needing service to go there before the hospital.
I thought everyone that works there was very nice. When I went there, luckily I was the only one there to be treated; that said, it still took over an hour and a half to complete my visit. My illness wasn't anything rare or complicated - upper respiratory infection. I just don't think it should have to take that long to diagnose and recommend treatment for this illness. Got us in quite quickly. The clinical staff was friendly but the front staff was a little offputting if not efficient.
